The National American Legion Legacy Run

"For the cause, not the applause"

Since its inception in 2006, The National American Legion Legacy Run
has raised over $16 million dollars for American Legion Charities benefiting veterans and America's youth. The 5-day annual event generally has around 500 participants that ride anywhere from 1000 - 1200 miles leading to the site of The American Legion's National Convention every year.
Kickstands go up, and the rumble of motorcycle engines start up as the sun is rising.
The run passes school children with American flags and handmade signs as the head to their scheduled stops along the way at American Legion Posts, veteran and war memorials, VA retirement homes, and other notable destinations as they raise money for a great cause.
